Our Client, a Major Foreign General Insurance Company, is urgently seeking excellent professionals to strengthen their dynamic team.
We invite suitable candidates to take up the challenge of:
- BRANCH MANAGER -
(SURABAYA)
Job Descriptions:
· Responsible for result of the branch
· Responsible for development of branch sales production and business sources
· Responsible for creating and consolidating marketing strategies with Head Office
· Responsible for providing leadership
· Responsible for direction and control for the branch and all other issues relating to the operation of the branch
Main Requirements:
· Male/Female, 30 – 40 years old
· S1 (Bachelor Degree), majoring in Management.
· Experience in Insurance business for at least 5 years
· Knowledge of Accounting and Claims preferably
· English proficiency (TOEIC: At least 500).
· Computer (Windows)
· Leadership, Management, Communication and Interpersonal Skills
Salary Range: About Rp. 25,000,000,- / month (gross) + Car (Negotiable)
