Employee Relations & Industrial Relations Manager
Location: Jakarta Raya, Indonesia

Responsibilities :

* Build retail outlets whilst enforcing Shell standards of Shell General Business Principles and Health, Safety, Security & Environmental (HSSE) policies;

* Obtain construction permits;

* Manage performance of civil contractors;

* Complete construction projects within time, cost and quality objectives.

Requirements :

* At least a Degree in Civil Engineering (teknik sipil) ;

* Past construction experience, preferably in medium scale projects;

* Have Safety and Quality experience;

* Strong Project Management skills;

* Good Vendor and Contractor Management skills;

* Experience handling government liaison work is desirable.

Retail Project Engineer
Location: Jakarta Raya, Indonesia

Responsibilities :

* Build retail outlets whilst enforcing standards of general business principles;

* Manage construction activities with strict compliance to health, safety, security and environment policies;

* Implement project management system to manage construction and activities;

* Understand and comply to standards, schedules and budgets;

* Coordinate and secure building permits;

* Manage performance of civil contractors;

* Deliver construction projects within agreed time, cost and objectives.

Requirements :

* At least a Degree in Civil Engineering (teknik sipil);

* More than 5 years’ construction experience (preferably medium scale projects);

* Safety and quality experience;

* Have strong project management skills;

* Experienced with vendor and contractor management;

* Preferably with experience handling government liaison work.
