As a Production Sharing Contractor for BPMIGAS, we operate many producing and exploration blocks in Indonesia. To support our expanding operations in Indonesia, ConocoPhillips is looking for talented Indonesian nationals to fill in the following positions.

MAINTENANCE MANAGER

Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic development of the onshore based maintenance organization in support of extensive offshore operations located in the Natuna Sea with the objective of delivering superior maintenance performance
• Provide direct leadership to the onshore maintenance organization and functional leadership to the offshore based organization to ensure alignment of goals and objectives and optimum service delivery
• Manage the overall maintenance organization within in a KPI based framework that encompasses all aspects of the business - HSE, cost management, people management, uptime/reliability, planning and scheduling and major overhauls/turnarounds.
• Manage relationships and interfaces with other departments, both internal and external, to ensure that plans and programs are clearly communicated and remain aligned at all times
• Accountable for overall maintenance cost and investment in conjunction with the relevant Field Operations Managers
• Effectively manage change during a period of consolidation of maintenance activities as a result of expanding operations

Qualifications and Experience:
• Educated to degree level in a relevant discipline, at least 10+ years overall experience and at least 5 years in a comparable managerial capacity
• A detailed understanding of the technical, maintenance business; this will range from philosophy and strategy to field implementation and execution
• A visible and committed leader who effectively engages, directs and influences both direct reports and other stakeholders
• A passion for and track record in consistently delivering superior results in a dynamic and challenging environment
• Demonstrates sound judgment and decision making when faced with competing priority and risk options
• An individual who is continuously sought out by others for consultation due to his/her professional and personal role model characteristics

SENIOR MARINE ADVISOR

Qualifications and Experience:
A minimum of a Chief Mate Class 1 Certificate of Competency with Tanker Endorsement both Oil & Gas with a minimum of 10 years experience in a supervisory role in the Marine or Hydrocarbon Industry and FPSO/FSO, have served as 1st Mate on crude oil or product trading tanker and been responsible for control of loading, discharge, crude oil washing and tank entry operations, the use and auditing of Safety Management Systems as applied to Tankers and an understanding of budgeting and budgetary control.

RELIABILITY ENGINEER

Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum Requirement Technical Degree (D3) in the Mechanical or Electrical or Instrument or Chemical with at least 7 years experience in a maintenance or engineering role, Preventative and Predictive maintenance, Mechanical Integrity and Process Safety Management and SAP System, background in oil & gas industry will be an advantage

MAINTENANCE ADVISOR

Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum requirement Technical Degree (D3) in applicable Engineering discipline or with at least 5 years experience in Mechanical equipment Maintenance and Operations, logistics and planning preferably in the offshore Oil and Gas industry; knowledge of Reliability Integrity processes and tools i.e. RCM, Defect Elimination, RCFA, and Pareto, Condition Monitoring Techniques, Gas Turbines (RR Avons, RB211’s ) centrifugal gas compressors, pumps & motors and SAP systems.
