AUDIT PROGRAM MANAGER

Qualifications :

* Bachelor Degree or MBA from reputable institutions

* Minimum 4 (four) years experience in Banking sector or from reputable Public Audit Firm and has experienced conducting audit for Banks

* Demonstrate strong leadership

* Detail oriented and strong critical thinking

* Result oriented with strong personal drive

* Excellent negotiation and analytical skills

* Excellent presentation skills

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deal with various level of people

* A self starter with high quality concern & customer satisfaction orientated

* English proficiency in writing and speaking

* Computer literacy

Responsibilities :

* Prepare audit project plan for operational and financial audit

* Work with team to identify audit initiatives & implement audit strategies

* Work with compliance team to identify potential compliance issues in overall business process

* Lead, coordinate and monitor day to day process

* Preparation of audit findings report and recommendation presentation to management

* Liase with other department to ensure smooth implementation

* Provide regular update status report

* Conduct Due Diligence to 3rd parties

IT Audit Manager

Qualifications :

* Develop IT Audit Program

* Reporting of IT Audit findings at local and functional levels

* Contribution to GE Corporate IT Initiatives

* Drive closure of IT issues in AIMs

* Drive the implementation of Audit automation tools

* Drive digitization of IA processes

* Professional and effective interaction with local IA Head and SMT / Function Leader

* Provide assistance to the Region Head of IA in: The implementation of Region IA Strategy, Risk Assessment Methodologies and Annual Audit Planning

* Develop a training program for non-IA team members – introducing genera; IT control concepts

Responsibilities :

* Minimum 4 years experience in auditing/IT (MNC)

* IT experience in control methodologies (COBIT-preferable)

* IT experience in Security Crisis Management and General IT Control

* Appreciation of Asian and US regulatory frameworks

* Project Management experience

* Experience in working in multiple country locations

* Strong Communication and Presentation Skills

* Willingness to travel and work outside of normal working hours

* GE Six Sigma Quality Training preferable
