Please review these Job Descriptions.: Senior Petroleum Engineer / Sr. Geophysicist / Exploration Geologist / Development Geologist position for our client, a PSC (Production Sharing Contractor) company
Senior Petroleum Engineer:

Basic Purpose: Responsible for reserves booking management, identification, progression, and assessment, you’re just as comfortable coaching and mentoring entry level Petroleum Engineer as you are solving complex problems. You will have a Petroleum Engineering Bachelor’s Degree.

Qualification & Experience: Min 8-10 years experience in the oil & gas industries, Good understanding and know how for reservoir engineering software, especially VIP, PETEX, PTA/PIE is essential.

Experience in classical/modern numerical reservoir and field development is also a must. Strong computer literate and fluent in English both writing and speaking.

Senior Geophysicist:

Basic Purpose: Responsible for play a key role in structural and stratigraphic interpretation, forward modelling (fluid substitution), and attribute generation. you will work with the team to progress in fill well drilling opportunities as well as be involved in Drilling Operations to ensure that the target zone is drilled and completed as planned. You will have a Geoscience Bachelor’s Degree.

Qualification & Experience: Min 8-10 years experience in the oil & gas industries, Experience in 3D interpretation, preferably in the Landmark products openSuites, including Z-Map Plus, and 3D visualization are required for this role. Strong computer literate and fluent in English both writing and speaking

Exploration Geologist:

Basic Purpose: A skilled professional in field development and mature field, you will be required to routine geological evaluation, conduct geological studies to develop integrated reservoir descriptions and geological models. You will have at least Geological / Geoscience Bachelor’s Degree.

Qualification & Experience: Min 7 years experience in the oil & gas industries, Experience in 3D interpretation, preferably in the Landmark products openSuites, including Z-Map Plus, and 3D visualization are required for this role. Strong computer literate and fluent in English both writing and speaking

Development Geologist:

Basic Purpose: A skilled professional in field development and mature field, you will be required to routine geological evaluation, conduct geological studies to develop integrated reservoir descriptions and geological models. You will have at least Geological / Geoscience Bachelor’s Degree.

Qualification & Experience: Min 7 years experience in the oil & gas industries, Experience in 3D interpretation, preferably in the Landmark products openSuites, including Z-Map Plus, and 3D visualization are required for this role. Strong computer literate and fluent in English both writing and speaking.
