Customer Service Associate

Primary Accountabilities:

* Processing all the orders for all customers in dedicated area as assign by the Customer Service Head
* Communicate incoming product to the sales team and customers as assigned, and make sure all product deliver on time, especially product highlight
* Providing and informing information to the customers

* Process, filing and recording returns, and make sure all the process flows accordingly and meet the time line given
* Others assignment assigned by Customer Service Head

Requirements:

* Minimum a Degree (S1) holder in Accounting Major
* At least 1 year of related experience in Customer Service / Admin role
* Good command in English both oral & written
* Proficient in the use of computers and MS application software (Word & Excel) is essential
* Good communication skill with highest sense of responsibility and personal integrity
* Good planning and organizing skills

Visual Merchandising

Primary Accountabilities:

* Maximizing the space and layout of the store to achieve higher sales
* Dressing mannequins and making use of creative lighting for window displays
* Preparing for promotional events and dismantling displays at the end of promotional periods
* Visiting stores in the area, working with in-store sales staff and helping to develop their understanding of presentation
* Implementing the designs and plans created internally
* Setting up a ‘model’ store according to the latest design directives
* Photographing the store’s windows to ensure that all stores are consistent with the company brand and image

General Requirements:

* Male, with maximum age of 27 years old
* Minimum a Degree (S1) holder in Fashion, preferably from La Salle or Esmod
* Good command in English both oral & written
* Computer Literate and Internet Savvy
* Good communication and presentation skills
* Good Network of supplier contacts
* Good Sense of local market and consumer trends

Requirements for Senior Position:

* Minimum a Degree (S1) holder in Fashion, preferably from La Salle or Esmod
* 0-2 years of experience as Visual Merchandiser
* Experience in establishment, evaluation & implementation of Event Management or Marketing strategies

Requirements for Junior Position:

* A Degree (S1) holder in from any discipline
* At least 4 years of solid Marketing / Sales ( Senior SPB) experience, preferably in Fashion will be considered for Junior position
