We challenge the young potential, for the following position of:
IT Business System Coordinator (IT-BSC)
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
*
Develop annual Business System Planning & Budgeting
*
Manage the Business System project implementation (consulting partner, key users, business process requirements, improvement and change management, other resources & working schedules, system deliverables, training, manuals, etc.)
*
Manage Business System control to comply with the company IT security policy and standard
*
Ensure proper support is in place and accessible by everyone in need
QUALIFICATIONS:
*
Age < 30 years old
*
S1 Degree from Information Technology / Computer Science from reputable university
*
Working experience min 3 - 5 years in MNC and SAP system will be prioritized
*
IT Business System knowledge (i.e. SAP, HRIS, Hyperion) and Project Management
*
Having experience in system infrastructure would be considered as a plus point
*
Fluent in English (verbal and written) is a must
*
Strong leadership, good interpersonal skill, and communication skill
*
Hardworking and able to work under time pressure
